The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to Independence Square and many main sights. It is conveniently situated just next to the main street and the Grand Apartments arch, making it easy to navigate. The rooms are spacious enough for two people, with clean and working appliances. The staff is friendly and eager to help, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The communication with the staff can be a bit challenging if you don't speak Russian, as only the reception staff spoke English upon arrival.

Really nice apartments with a balcony and great Wi-Fi. Perfect for working and the view of the busy street is lovely. Just 5 mins walk to Golden Gate square and a selection of great restaurants.

Superb location, close to popular attractions and plenty of dining options nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nicely decorated apartments. Spacious patio for enjoying evenings outdoors. Great value for money. Definitely worth a visit.

The location of Grand Apartments was perfect for exploring all the main attractions of the city. The apartment itself was bright and clean, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the large windows. The fresh towels and bed linen provided every second day was a nice touch. Despite a small problem with the shower drainage, it didn't cause much inconvenience for me. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making my stay more fun.

This hotel is a fantastic deal! The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location, just next to the main street and close to most main sights. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are provided, including rooms with a balcony on the second level, which offer a bit of privacy and a nice view. Plus, they even include breakfast!
All was fine, no complaints at all.

The apartments were well located, close to the city center and a metro station. The room was clean and spacious. The balcony provided a nice view. Good wifi for working. Golden Gate square nearby with great restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly.
